I think your chance of death is off by a factor of 10. You calculated with .0018% but I assume you meant 0.018%. So 1/2 of the average motorcyclist. The number you calculated indicates that you take only 1/20th of the risk of an average motorcyclist which doesn’t seem realistic. If you calculate with 0.018%, you end up losing 93 hours a year.

Another way I like to look at it is this: If the average motorcyclist’s average speed is 30mph, then one hour of riding a motorcycle costs you around 3.6 hours of additional lost lifetime from your chance of dying (assuming 40 more years to live). I find that quite substantial.
